i found the staff very attentive from the moment i arrived they helped with anything i needed and spoke perfect english the hotel's location is unbeatable it's surrounded by great cafés restaurants and a lively local vibe , made exploring the city special the free spa access was a thoughtful extra touch after long days of walking.
the size of the room was small i paid extra for an upgrade though.

The location was ideal to the metro, restaurants and stores. it was a quick metro ride to all the sights. the room accommodations were wonderful, it was a single joined to a double. So, two bathrooms (very useful!).
The room size was small. I even paid extra for an upgrade (a bit disappointing).

the room felt quite cold i even felt cold during the nights of my stay this made the stay less comfortable i had hoped for a warmer environment especially given the weather outside it did impact my overall experience negatively the coldness affected my sleep and relaxation

the staff was very cute, helpful, and caring. i appreciated their assistance with my injury , including calling a doctor. the rooms were perfect and every detail was well-thought-out. the hotel is very comfortable and the amenities are wonderful.
the rooms were small i even paid for an upgrade. also the wifi was spotty . the wifi was not good value.

the room accommodations were wonderful the room was a single joined to a double. there were two bathrooms available and each room was very clean. the staff helped arrange a car to the airport on the date of departure.

the hotel location is ideal with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and stores. getting to all the sights is quick via the metro. the hotel is in a quiet area and the rooms facing the courtyard are particularly peaceful.
